What does Temmio measure about me?

Short answer: not you. Temmio works with numbers at team level, never at person level.

What Temmio sees

Aggregated numbers per team: absence rate, turnover and salary totals. The numbers come from systems your workplace already has.

What Temmio never sees

No individual scores. No monitoring of your behaviour, your calendar or your health. Teams below the anonymity threshold are not shown at all.

Who decides?

People do. Temmio prices problems and measures effects, but decisions about initiatives are made by your leadership and you. The tool never recommends anything about individuals.
